Anniversary celebrations at the staff meeting

Neumarkt/Deining. Blitzschutztechnik Pröpster continues on its path to success. Although owner and managing director Johann Pröpster had prepared his employees for what he described as an exciting and difficult year in 2025, the company has once again enjoyed successful growth.

“The current economic policy developments in the country are disastrous and lag far behind the requirements of a leading business location,” lamented Pröpster. He claimed to have counteracted this trend significantly for his company, enabling him to give the all-clear in all areas to the workforce at last Friday's works meeting: “My expectations have been significantly exceeded, and I can and may look back on a successful year. Due to the good order situation and the high workload, we hired 35 new employees in the past year and now have 221 employees. We have also upgraded our machinery in line with the workload,” the company manager continued. Together, they have achieved great things, and he expressed his unreserved thanks and appreciation to the entire staff.

“Together we are better” has always been the Pröpsters' motto, and the concept of a family business still has great significance here. Of course, the company founder Johann Pröpster Sr. and his wife Ingrid were also present and were visibly delighted with the company's development. It is remarkable that “Blitz,” as he is known to everyone here, still spends his days at the company at the age of 88 and is a constant point of contact. At the end of the meeting, the entire staff was invited to the Christmas party in the evening at the “Berggasthof” Sammüller.

The managing director, his wife Ivanka, and authorized signatory Christine Kneißl then honored long-standing and deserving employees, and their gratitude was clearly expressed in gifts and certificates.
Horst Langer, Jessica Ebel-Demir, Annette Büttner, and Manuela Ehrensberger were honored for 30 years of loyal service to the company.
Stefanie and Marco Hablowetz, Amalie Nick, and Simon Bodenloher were honored for 25 years of service.
Gabriele Hiereth and Bernhard Reichert were honored for 20 years of service.
Richard Kirsch, Horst Link, Josef Merz, Mateja Podgorelec, and Manuel Wölfl were honored for 10 years of service.
