In our company philosophy, we distinguish between two central pillars: our corporate culture, simply called CULTURE, and our corporate values, simply called VALUES.
Culture
What we project outward.
Our culture reflects how we are perceived as a company—especially compared to our competitors. It shapes our daily actions in the service of our customers and serves as a guide for our employees:

Culture is alive. It evolves over time—with new people, new demands, and new developments. At its best, it is an outward manifestation of our values. While our values form a stable foundation, our culture is adaptable – a catalyst for our performance.
Culture is the informal social order within a company. It shapes beliefs and behavior, showing what is encouraged or rejected. If culture is aligned with the personal values of employees, it unleashes energy. Energy that helps to achieve common goals.
Values
What carries us from within.
Our values express who we are and what defines us. They grow out of our lived cooperation - in the daily interactions among people across our company.
Values cannot be imposed. They are intrinsic - arising from within each individual. It is not our aim to alter people’s personal values. Rather, we see our corporate values as a reflection of our shared attitude: in our dealings with each other, with customers and suppliers, with society and with nature – the foundation on which our lives depend.
Our values help us understand ourselves and others more deeply. They provide guidance - even when we are selecting new colleagues. We often sense intuitively whether someone is a good fit—through their words, their demeanor, and the impression they leave. This is why we welcome our team’s active involvement in the selection process.

They are deeply rooted in our founder’s philosophy and serve as guiding principles for our daily actions and decisions. They go back more than 45 years - and continue to shape our actions to this day.

Our culture
In a constantly changing world, one thing remains unchanged: the importance of a strong, positive corporate culture. It grows through daily collaboration and forms the backbone of our success. Each person contributes to an environment where purpose, enjoyment, and collaboration can thrive.
Our culture is reflected in the norms, values, and behaviors we share—whether consciously or not. This includes unwritten rules that define us and provide guidance. Once established, culture is lived—not imposed.
Every action in the company has an impact, just like the principle of cause and eXect. This also applies to us. Visitors notice this immediately—in our organization, our friendliness, and our behavior. This impact comes from the fact that we not only work together but also shape our environment together.
